We believe in investing greatly with our children with events that are children friendly including a fall festival, Christmas activities, and fun events around Easter. We also invest into the spiritual growth of our children through annual ministry events like Vacation Bible School. 

Our Women’s Ministry Union (WMU) has been an active ministry at Shop Springs for many decades. Our group is open to women of all ages with a meeting each month. The goal of the WMU at Shop Springs is to do mission work within our community and within our church. 

At the core, the primary goal is to share the love of Jesus with everybody we can. Jesus is the leader of our group and the reason we are able to help people throughout the year. 

We meet the first Monday of each month at 1:00 in our Fellowship Hall. Each meeting begins with prayer time followed by a devotion and discussion of the upcoming work that is being planned.

We participate in many mission opportunities throughout the year. These opportunities include giving to mission minded offerings such as the Golden Offerings, Lottie Moon, and Annie Armstrong. 

We also have a vision to be the hands and feet of Jesus through other mission opportunities such as partnering with the TBMB in their annual Christmas Backpack giveaway for underprivileged children.

Our youth are a vital part of the future of our church. Our desire is to see our students grow in their walk with Christ as they serve the church and are active in their fellowship and faith.
